Open Outlook Express.

Select the Tools drop down menu, and click on Accounts.
Click on Add, and select Mail from the menu.
In the Display name field, enter a name for your email account.
Click 'Next'
In the Email Box, enter the email address for this account.
Click 'Next'.
Enter mail.yourdomain.com in the incoming and outgoing mail server name fields.

Replace yourdomain.com with the actual domain.
Click 'Next'.
Enter the Login and Password for this email account.

Use the full email address as the login name of the account being configured.
Click 'Next'.
Click 'Finish'.
Highlight your new account and select Properties.
In the properties dialog box, click on the Servers tab.

Select the 'My server requires authentication' option.
