For more information about setting up email accounts in Eudora,
please refer to the documentation within the program itself.

Open the Eudora email program, and open the account settings.

The first time Eudora has been used, this screen should appear:
Click 'Next'.

The next screen should be similar to the following:
Click the button that creates a new email account, and click 'Next'.
You should see a prompt asking you to enter a name.
You can enter any name you wish.
Click 'Next'.
Enter the email address you are configuring.

If you are setting up your default email address, you can put anything in the email address field. Make sure that the email you entered is in the form of address@yourdomain.com.
Click 'Next'.
Enter the account's username in the login field.

If this a secondary email account enter address@yourdomain.com.
Click 'Next'.
In the incoming server field, type mail.yourdomain.com.

Be sure to replace yourdomain.com with the actual domain name.
Select POP as the account type.
Click 'Next'.
Enter mail.yourdomain.com in the outgoing server text area.

Again, replace yourdomain.com with the actual domain name.
Make sure that allow authentication is checked.
Click 'Next'.

The email client should now be configured correctly. If you are still having problems, please consult the Eudora help files.
