Why are all payments for hosting plans set up as reoccurring payments?
All hosting accounts are not set to automatically terminate at a future date. All of our payments set up as reoccurring payments. When the next billing date nears, customers can decide if they want to cancel their billing and have us terminate their web hosting account. Terminating accounts without first receiving confirmation from customers creates unintentional account deletions. We prefer to leave your payment as reoccurring. When the next billing date nears, you can notify us that you wish to cancel your billing and your web hosting account.
